FLEXIBLE CABLE FOR CRANE
Flexible Cable for Overhead Crane
In the current times we live in and with the technological advancement of the Industry, greater methods are required for lifting and transporting items in different sectors, among the various methods available today is the overhead crane, a characteristic of this equipment is that all its commands are automated. The crane has several components, including the flexible cable for the crane. The flexible cable for the crane is made up of several bare or coated copper wires according to the customer's request, and is extruded in an extra flexible insulating compound, ensuring easy installation and movement meeting different sectors and installation requirements.
The flexible cable for overhead cranes is commonly used in equipment that moves constantly, therefore, companies in numerous segments such as construction, industries, timber, industrial automation, among other countless sectors that need the flexible cable for overhead cranes.
The flexible cable for overhead cranes has some very positive characteristics, for example, it is resistant to wear resulting from friction, in addition to being resistant to machine traction. It is important to emphasize that the project for the construction of an overhead crane must follow all the requirements of national and international standards, as it is equipment that needs to support a large amount of load. In addition to the standards, to guarantee the performance of the product, it is essential to purchase it from a supplier that follows these rules and has good knowledge in the area.
Here are some standards that are important to follow when constructing the crane cable.
