CONTROL CABLE
The control cable is suitable for control circuits, signaling of electrical equipment, structured cabling, machine connections, button panels, power supply, microprocessed systems, in automation of substations, generating plants, industrial and chemical areas and control of electrical systems in general. Recommended for fixed or mobile installations (light services).
The control cable can be manufactured with or without shielding, when with shielding it can be manufactured in aluminized electrostatic tape, tinned or bare copper mesh, copper tape, steel tape, steel mesh.
The control cable up to a gauge of 1.0mm² has an insulation voltage of 500V, from 1.5 to 10.0mm² has an insulation voltage of 1000V.
The control cable is made up of bare electrolytic copper conductors, flexible stranded class 5 in accordance with NBR NM 280, insulation in thermoplastic compound based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC/A) 70ºC, intermediate layer for shielding in copper mesh , shielding when requested, separator in polyester tape, and cover in thermoplastic compound based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC/ST1) in color black or another color when requested by the customer. These characteristics comply with NBR 7289.
We can manufacture the control cable in other configurations and characteristics upon request.

• 71 x 0.50mm² / 71 x 2.50mm²
• 52 x 4.00mm²
• 42 x 6.00mm²
• 20 x 10.0mm²
– Vein insulation material / other temperatures :
PVC/E -105ºC
XLPE – 125 ºC
HEPR – 90 ºC
PE – 80 ºC
– Material of the intermediate layer and cover:
PE
PVC/E
PVC/ST2
Special PVC resistant to oils, greases and other chemical products.
LSZH (non-halogenated polyolefin compound).

ABNT/MERCOSUL: NM-280 and NM-IEC
NBR NM IEC 60332-3-23 (Category B)
ABNT: NBR 7290 (control cable when manufactured with insulation/final cover in XLPE or HEPR/PVC)
ABNT: NBR 13248 (control cable when manufactured with insulation/end cover in HEPR/LSZH)
ABNT: NBR 7289 (control cable when manufactured with PVC/PVC insulation/end cover)
