Normally the 3-way shielded cable is manufactured in colors: white, black and red, and can be in other colors or even numbered white or black.

Some types of 3-way shielded cable have an intermediate layer, others do not, the determining factor being the standard or application of the product. Normally cables shielded with aluminized polyester tapes + drain do not have an intermediate layer and shielded cables in mesh normally have such a layer.
