The shielding of shielded cables can be made with copper tapes, braided copper, bare copper meshes, or through aluminized tape with tinned drain, according to the place to be used and the customer's wish during the purchase. In all shielding modes, shielded cables provide effective and highly safe protection, because copper and aluminium, besides being excellent electricity conductors, are resistant materials and protect cables against fire and abrasive materials.
