RoHS DIRECTIVE, REGULATION-REACH, CONFLICT MINERALS AND PROHIBITED AND DECLARED SUBSTANCES

Dear customer,

The RoHS ( Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances) is a European directive created to ensure that certain dangerous substances are not used in various products. It is also popularly known as lead-free or “lead-free law”. .

Since July 1, 2006, the sale of any product using these substances has been prohibited in Europe. Compliance with this requirement is important for companies operating in the European market or countries that adhere to such policies or similar policies. We ask that you inform us when you need your product to meet this directive so that we can guide you correctly.

We are working with our suppliers to implement the following guidelines in our products:
• Conflict minerals (USA-Dodd-Frank-Act)
• RoHS/II (restriction of hazardous substances)
• EG WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment)
The European Union (EU) has set deadlines for implementing the guidelines.
The substances and their maximum permitted percentages are:
• Lead 0.1%
• Mercury 0.1%
• Cadmium 0.1%
• Hexavalent chromium 0.1%
• Polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) 0.1%
• Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) 0.1%
• Decabromodiphenyl (decaBDE) 0.1%
• bis (2-ethyl) phthalate (DEHP) 0.1%
• Benzyl (BBP) 0.1%
• Dibutylphthalate (DBP) 0.1%
• Disobutylphthalate (DIBP) 0.1%
• Disobutylphthalate (DIBP) 0.1%
We also use mechanisms to not use:
• Conflict minerals
• Prohibited and declarable substances
We have a tracking system to guarantee such processes.
If there are product-specific exceptions or additions, these are made in individual agreements with the customer.
We hope to contribute to a better world with less harm to the environment.
Yours sincerely
